Vlastimil Venclík, CEO of Realms Group, a leader in esports entertainment, is a proven industry innovator. He founded Oddin.gg to specialize in esports betting, and now, leveraging Realms Group’s success, he's launching a new venture focused on generative AI to unlock groundbreaking solutions.

Karel brings over 20 years of global business experience, including a decade of working with Hollywood clients. His work has been featured on major networks such as ABC, NBC, and Fox News. With a sharp eye for strategy and storytelling, Karel bridges business, media, and innovation.

Michal leads AI development with deep technical expertise honed during his tenure as Head of AI at O2, one of the largest telco operators in CEE. With over 10 years in data and AI, he’s a specialist in real-time data processing, deep learning, and scalable AI platforms, driving the core of the company’s technological edge.
